G4S is looking for a Product Manager that will be responsible for vetting opportunities and defining client requirements in the Healthcare Solutions market.
Evaluate new product ideas, refine the business case, build prototypes for early customer validation, and prepare them for launch
Host design thinking & jobs to be done workshops with clients
Maintain a firm grasp of the competitive landscape and identify areas of competitive differentiation for internal consumption and competitive programs
Work closely with Strategy, Product teams, and external Clients/Partners to formulate our product vision, strategy and roadmap for G4S Healthcare Products
Advocate for the voice of the client and provide a business perspective on value during day-to-day development
Meet with the field to understand the requirements of clients & prospects and win new business
Define and prioritizing a backlog of work
Collaborate with the development team to define, design, accept, and adapt features
Conduct demonstrations of the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers
Collaborate with Business Development to evaluate new partnerships and alliance opportunities
Master's degree or equivalent managerial experience.
3+ years of experience in product management.
Experience building solutions geared towards companies in the Healthcare sector
Proven track record in constructing compelling positioning and thought leadership content
Experience and comfort in building and influencing relationships across product lines and functional groups
Proven creative thinker that can generate and execute on innovative product marketing ideas
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently are necessary
Travel up to 35%
