Senior Private Banking Specialist (SBL)

Job Description
Position Description:
The Sr. Private Banking Specialist on our Securities Based Lending (SBL) team will play a key role in helping to facilitate the profitable growth of our SBL line of business within Wealth Management. This role will be an expert in all facets of our SBL offering and will engage directly with internal and external client relationship managers, clients, and other internal departments to establish new SBLs. This position will also be responsible for facilitating all SBL service requests and responding to any SBL-related questions. The position will be responsible for helping to ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory requirements and portfolio management needs relating to SBLs.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Engage with external and internal client relationship managers to discuss the features and functionality of our SBL offering. Help to facilitate advisor presentations and demos as appropriate.
* Partner with client relationship managers, clients, third-party custodians, and various internal partners to establish new SBLs.
* Field client calls and emails and facilitate all SBL-related service requests (draws, collateral releases, general questions, etc.).
* Partner with internal credit organization to help monitor credit quality, facilitate margin calls, etc.
Preferred Qualification
* Hands-on experience with SBLs in a client-facing capacity.
Position Requirements:
Bachelors degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in consumer lending, portfolio management or mortgage processing roles.

High School Diploma with a minimum of 6 years experience in consumer lending, portfolio management or mortgage processing roles.
