Position Description: This position will be responsible for helping to establish and grow our 3rd party security based lending initiative. This will include establishing and documenting policies and procedures, integrating and enhancing technology solutions, streamlining processes to enhance the client experience, hiring and managing a team of security based lending specialists, and representing the Bank with advisor firms and advisors to help drive growth in our security based lending business. This position will require an entrepreneurial approach, with an ability to engage in operations, technology, sales and leadership.
Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree with minimum 8 years of Private Banking, Financial Services, or Financial Operations experience to include 6 years in a supervisory role.
High School Diploma or GED with minimum of 12 years of Private Banking, Financial Services, or Financial Operations experience to include 6 years in a supervisory role.

-Securities Based Lending Experience
-Proven experience in business development capacity
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral, written, and presentation)
