Basic Function/Job Description/Responsibility

Responsible for the installation of the Environmental Specialties, Inc. (ESI) product as per bid proposal up to and including set up of said equipment. Installation representative to be responsible for the receipt, erection and commissioning of material at the job site under the direct supervision of an ESI employee.

Specific Major Responsibilities

  • Supply all power tools to support installation of

  • Provide equipment and labor to install refrigeration and mechanical systems to suppo1i chamber conditions. This equipment could include the following:
    • Condensing units
    • Evaporator coils/plenums
    • Desiccant dehumidifiers
    • Steam generators
    • Recirculation fans
    • Exhaust fans

  • Provide equipment and labor to install electrical components and control systems. This equipment may include the following:
    • Lights
    • Gas sensors
    • Receptacles
    • Gas sensors
    • Temperature sensors humidity sensors
    • Audible and visual almm systems
    • Light banks
    • CO2 controls

  • Provide equipment and labor to install insulated panel structure. These panel structures are similar to walk-in coolers provided for food service industry

  • Provide equipment and labor to install architectural finishes for chambers. This equipment may include the following:
    • Drop ceilings
    • Closure panels
    • Floor mats
    • Shelving
    • Casework

  • Provide equipment and labor to install plumbing to and from mechanical equipment and casework as required. The following types of plumbing connections could be required:
    • Condensate drain lines
    • Sink drains
    • Hot water
    • Cold water
    • Nitrogen
    • Co2
    • Compressed air
    • Chiller water (for water cooled condensing)

  • Provide equipment and labor to support start up and commissioning of chamber equipment including the following:
    • Evacuation and charging of mechanical system with refrigerant
    • Initial start up of refrigeration system
    • Verification of functionality of all chamber equipment
    • Assistance in performance testing of equipment (as required)
