Job Summary:

The Polysomnography Technologist II performs sleep studies, PAP-Level titration, split studies, and other polysomnography related procedures in an effective and efficient manner as ordered by the provider.

Minimum Qualifications: EducationCompletion of an accredited polysomnography program. High school diploma required. Licensure/ CertificationMust be a Registered Polysomnographer and/or respiratory care practitioner. ExperienceOne year or more experience in polysomnography preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities*Ability to stage and score sleep studies and discuss findings with overreading provider. *Knowledge of the care and use of tools, equipment and machinery that apply to the position. *Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. *Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English. *Proficient with MS Office and EPIC, and able to learn new software rapidly. *Ability to stand and work on hard floors for duration of shift.
