Essential Job Duties
  • Manage inventory requets for Central Services & Pharmacy.
  • Manage stock room shelves for Central Services & Pharmacy, ensuring all products are in the assigned location, shelves are properly labeled, and locations are accurate within the inventory management system.
  • Generate expired stock report at the beginning of each month to forecast all products set to expire by the end of that month. Update inventory management system with correct expiration dates if errors are identified. This report should be generated for both Central Services & Pharmacy. Disposition expired Pharmacy items weekly by entering an inventory request and transferring to the Pharmacy Expired destination within the inventory management system.
  • Enter Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) drug waste disposition on Tuesday mornings so that these items can be picked up and disposed of appropriately on Wednesdays.
  • Manage Pharmacy and Central Services shelves to ensure they are organized. Complete weekly walk-thru to check for gaps or stock that should be rotated.

Other Work/Responsibilities
  • Assist Shipping & Receiving team member with receiving packages for Central Supply and Pharmacy.
  • In the absence of the Shipping & Receiving team member, you should plan to assist with covering the loading dock by receiving shipments, sorting, logging within QTrak, and delivering to the correct locations.
  • Manage all Direct Charge requests for Central Services and Pharmacy.

Minimum Experience/Education
High School Diploma

Ability to problem solve and back count inventory as well as know basic arithmetic.
