Candidates must have 4 to 6 years of experience in the area of employment law including conducting or advising on investigations and will have knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local laws, regulations, court decisions, and legal interpretations related to employment. and students in higher educational institutions. Ideal candidates will have experience working with education clients on employment as well as other areas plus an ability to manage multiple client needs. A background in employment law, both litigation and counseling, is preferred.
Candidates must be licensed, or eligible to be immediately licensed, in North Carolina. Candidates must possess exceptional analytical, written, and oral communication skills, a strong work ethic, and excellent academic credentials.
