TITLE: Senior Project Manager - WCG Clinical, Inc.

DUTIES: Responsible for leading the functional and technical implementation of our Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS), as well as post-implementation, customer-specific, development and customization projects. The responsibilities are both functional and technical and include management of both simple and complex projects, performing analysis and specifications creation, providing consulting services, completing system and application configuration, and developing interfaces and customized solutions. Perform Project Estimation, Scope/Statement of Work Definition, Plan, Milestone Tracking, Workflow Analysis and Design, Reporting, Risk Mitigation, Resource Consumption, Revenue Tracking, and Issue Monitoring/Resolution; ensure that all project deliverables are completed and artifacts are created and published for future reference; perform workflow analysis, identifying logical touch points between users and our application(s) and any workflow changes that may result from adoption of a CTMS; educate and guide end-users on software configuration and front-end functionality to ensure optimal results, and perform training, and successfully lead assigned implementation and post-implementation. Position is eligible for 100% remote work.


LOCATION: 212 Carnegie Center, Suite 301, Princeton, NJ 08540


SALARY RANGE: $131,144-$135,000


REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, or a related field plus 4 years of experience in: 1) Utilizing project management methodology, change control, quality, and system performance metrics and methods; (2) Utilizing various technologies, integration tools, and methodologies including Oracle and Tableau Server; (3) architectural and development in the creation of enterprise-based solutions; and (4) clinical research processes and systems. Must have at least two years of experience working with a large institution/university that performs clinical research. Position is eligible for 100% remote work.
