Job Description

The Manager, Digital Marketing is responsible for the execution of digital marketing activities for KBI Biopharma. These activities support our multi-channel marketing programs to build awareness and demand generation for our global CDMO services, capabilities, and presence. The Manager, Digital Marketing will use their comprehensive marketing experience, strong execution skills, and understanding of digital marketing best practices to promote CDMO services into specific customer segments that include BioPharma, Diagnostic and Life Science in all regions. Key responsibilities include SEO, SEM, digital advertising, email, website upkeep (HubSpot), and social media management. This collaborative individual will need to work effectively with the KBI Biopharma global marketing team as well as multiple external vendors and media platforms to drive results.

This position reports to the Director, Global Marketing and works with the broader Global Marketing team, and includes site heads, subject matter experts (SMEs), and regional BD (Business Development) leads in NA, EU & APAC - to identify appropriate strategically differentiated inbound/outbound marketing methods (meanwhile, continuously refining customer focused approaches), messages and themes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of email campaigns, including template creation, automation building/drip campaigns, and reporting.
  • Update the KBI Biopharma website content as needed, including text & image changes, new pages (and/or landing pages), and data uploads.
  • Create and optimize digital ads to target various life science/biotech personas, utilizing Google Ads, LinkedIn, partner display ads etc.
  • Frequently audit and optimize SEO/SEM performance.
  • Responsible for strategic digital performance and growth.
  • Responsible for digital integrations and digital processes that overlap between functions, e.g. Marketing and Business Development.
  • Responsible for upkeep of social media approach, and calendar and post scheduling related to marketing
  • Provide digital channel support for the launch of new services.
  • Effectively utilize web, marketing automation, CRM and social media tools for digital engagement.
  • Utilize analytical tools and revenue reporting data to guide sound marketing decisions to meet or exceed financial and marketing performance objectives.
  • Interact with varying levels of leadership to report on progress and escalate challenges.
  • Interact with strategic and technical marketing leads to execute downstream marketing tactics.
  • Provide support to business development team for implementation of programs to drive lead generation and awareness activities to meet revenue goals.
  • Hold alignment between corporate, portfolio, and services/technology level messaging for clear market communication.

Requirements:

5-8 (or 5+) years of experience

Experience with global, multi-channel digital marketing supporting large life science portfolios

Ability to manage digital assets and implement digital best practices to boost external optics within the life science/biotech industry

Salary Range:

Manager $95,600 - 131,500
Salary range provided per current averages and expectations. The salary and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
