Our Solutions Architect will...
- Define requirements and create technical specification for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) implementations.
- Provide front line support for mission critical manufacturing centric applications and databases
- Install, configure and/or create MES software while providing specified MES reporting.
- Design, development and implement software needed to integrate MES with other business systems; Develop, document, and validate software test plans.
- Analyze and recommend improvements and expand Application functionality, System Integration, and Application Performance utilizing best practices.
- Have experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), OEE, ERP systems, Manufacturing Shop Floor Technologies and Industrial Control Systems (Rockwell/Allen Bradley/Siemens PLC; JCI Automation, and industrial scanners/imagers);
- Have experience with platform integration technologies (API, REST API, Linked Servers)
- Have experience with implementation and support for Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, IIS, as well as developing programs utilizing relational database language, such as PL/SQL and/or Transact SQL
- Work well under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines.
- Possess strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Can communicate clearly and respectfully, both verbally and in writing, with individuals at all levels of the organization
Must be at least 21, and a high school graduate; Minimum 3 years' experience developing programs utilizing relational database languages; Minimum 3 years' experience implementation and support for Microsoft SQL Server Must be able to work outside normal business hours (on call); Bachelor's degree in Computer Science desirable; An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
