Summary:
Hitachi America, Ltd. (HAL: www.hitachi-america.us) is looking to add an experienced Benefits Analyst to our Corporate Benefits team. The Benefits Analyst will perform benefit administration, as well as financial and operational analysis of Hitachi's benefit programs. In this role he/she will be responsible for administration, compliance, communications, analysis, and reporting for our Canadian Benefits as well as our Health and Welfare, Defined Contribution, Defined Benefits, Deferred Compensation Plans and voluntary benefit plans in the U.S.

For residents of New York City, New York, California, and Washington state only, as required under applicable pay transparency laws, the expected salary range for this position if filled remotely is $65,000 - $70,000. Pay is determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, depth of experience in the practice area. Employees are eligible to participate in Hitachi America's variable pay program, subject to the program's conditions and restrictions.
