Summary:

The Cardiac Cath Lab Tech performs advanced diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, peripheral vascular procedures, and structural heart procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab. Cardiac Cath Lab Technicians are responsible for scrubbing, monitoring, and assisting providers as requested. Technicians respond with the team to patient distress situations and assist with equipment quality control and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

* Maintaining accurate competency/licensure on all CV Techs

* Assisting with monthly staff schedule

* Composing new hire folders

* Environment of Care rounds in Verge

* Oversight of procedure rooms/stocking

* Relaying necessary information about backorder/ new supplies

* Managing CV Tech call-outs/finding coverage if there is a call-out

* Training CV Techs on new procedures/equipment

Other Information:

• *RCIS or ARRT
• 3 years Cath lab experience
