Position: Administrative Assistant – Marketing & Service 


PG Lifelink manufactures Isolated Power Systems and Custom Laboratory Connections with over 65 years of experience in the Healthcare and Laboratory industries. We offer a complete range of products, including Isolated Power Panels, Line Isolation Monitors (LIMs), accessories, and LabLink Laboratory Connection products. Our service department provides Factory Start-up Commissioning, Recertification, Annual Testing, and installation of Isolated Power Panel Upgrades and Retrofits for most brands and systems. Our design engineers create custom configurations to meet the specific requirements of our customers' projects. Administrative Assistant – Marketing & Service 

Overall Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the marketing, service, sales departments and other various projects as needed.
  • Answer incoming phone calls.

Marketing Responsibilities
  • Pack and prepare trade show booth for shipping; ship using UPS, FedEx, or trucking company, and manage all logistics.
  • Manage website and tradeshow generated leads (data entry and CRM workflow management).
  • Coordinate customer survey process and follow-up with responses.
  • Print marketing supplies and tradeshow giveaways to maintain a steady level of inventory (catalogs, operation manuals, marketing sales sheets).
  • Manage, order and/or replenish color copier supplies and paper; maintain copier and call for service when necessary.
  • Assist in tradeshow booking and preparation.
  • Print and ship marketing materials and/or giveaways to sales representatives.

Sales and Service Responsibilities
  • Collect and compile list for customers eligible for Annual Testing Contracts and LIM Upgrades (Retrofit).  Assist with quoting customers.
  • Identify customer contacts via phone and email to offer Annual Testing Service and LIM Upgrades (Retrofit).
  • Follow up on quotes and update workflows as necessary.
  • Assist Service Coordinator in the receipt of incoming RMAs.
  • Keep Service Department report tracking spreadsheet current.
  • Assure Order and Quote logs are current each day.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 1+ years of administrative experience
  • Associate degree preferred; High School degree or G.E.D. required.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Ability to learn CRM (customer relationship management) program.
  • Personable and friendly demeanor in person and on the phone.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A commitment to dealing with clients and teammates with the utmost integrity and transparency.
  • Excellent ability to adapt to a changing environment and work load.
  • Strong follow-up skills.
  • A desire and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation to work.
