Job Description
Overview

Underwrite investments in broadly syndicated institutional, non-investment grade cash flow loans. Manage a portfolio of existing investments. Train and mentor junior team members on investing and portfolio management philosophies, deal closings, internal systems and templates, etc. Attend / participate in bank meetings and industry conferences to build new relationships and assist other business units with cross-sell opportunities. May work remotely pursuant to First Citizens' Remote Work Guidelines policy.

The base pay for this position is relative to your experience but the range is generally $173,555 - $203,200 per year. The position is eligible for variable compensation, which may be in the form of incentive, bonus, or commission pay. Qualifications

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field of study plus seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or seven (7) years of experience as a Private Credit Analyst, Accountant, Corporate Financial Analyst, Credit Auditor, Corporate Cash Flow Lending Analyst, Investment Banking Analyst, or a related occupation. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field of study plus five (5) years in the job offered or five (5) years as a Private Credit Analyst, Accountant, Corporate Financial Analyst, Credit Auditor, Corporate Cash Flow Lending Analyst, Investment Banking Analyst, or a related occupation.

Position requires proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Requires comprehension of Standard & Poor's credit rating system, Moody's credit rating system, Moody's Credit Lens, Bloomberg terminal, Standard & Poor's Capital IQ, and Pitchbook's Leveraged Commentary and Data. Requires experience with underwriting / portfolio management of cash flow leveraged loans, commercial lending, investment banking, securities research, or other financial analysis. May work remotely pursuant to First Citizens' Remote Work Guidelines policy.
